Appointment Confirmation & Reminders


  • 48 Hour Confirmation:


You will receive a text from us 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to this text to either confirm or reschedule your appointment.


  • 24 Hour Reminder:


Unless your appointment is canceled or rescheduled, you will receive an appointment reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Massage Cancellation Policy



Failure to cancel or reschedule prior to receiving the 24 hour reminder will result in a $40 Cancellation Fee


If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no show and will be charged the full treatment cost

Chiropractic Cancellation Policy



Failure to cancel or reschedule prior to receiving the 24 hour reminder will result in a $25 Cancellation Fee


If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no show and will be charged a $25 No Show Fee

Animal/Pet Policy


As a consideration for our patient and staff, please refrain from bringing pets with you to your appointment


This policy does not apply to trained and certified service animals

Unattended Children Policy


As an office standard, we do not allow children to be left unattended.


If you are attending a massage appointment we kindly ask, for the safety of your child, that you refrain from bringing along your children.


If you are attending a chiropractic appointment with a child that does not have an appointment of their own, we ask that you maintain care of your child for the entirety of your visit.


If the child is unable to self sustain, you may have to forego any additional therapies for that appointment.
